Dr. Donna Prosser, Chief Clinical Officer, Patient Safety Movement Foundation, is joined by a neonatal palliative care expert, an adult palliative care expert, and a family member representative for palliative care to discuss introducing palliative care conversations at the point of diagnosis, embracing shared decision-making, differentiating palliative care from end of life care, and implementing organizational initiatives to improve consistent and meaningful palliative care delivery. CE is only offered for the live event.
This activity has been approved for AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™, ANCC contact hours, and ACPE contact hours. By attending the “Palliative Care and Patient Safety” webinar offered by the Patient Safety Movement Foundation (PSMF) participants may earn up to 1 ACHE Qualified Education Hours toward initial certification or recertification of the Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives (FACHE) designation.
