Bernadette M. Wilson, MBA

Bernadette is the founder of Cognitive Performance, a coaching firm that works with business teams and one-on-one for transformational coaching. She is also co-founder of the BrainFIT Institute, an international coaching organization. Bernadette has studied Cognitive Behavior Therapy and is dual certified in Mindfulness Coaching and NeuroCoaching. She is a member of the Patient Safety Movement Advisory Board, ASFP Safe Talk certified, and CANDOR trained. As a mother who lost her 16-year-old son to suicide, Bernadette understands the gravity of personal loss. She has dedicated her work to teaching her clients a new framework based on practical neuroscience strategies to overcome stress barriers so they may find more joy and live a more purposeful life. She holds a B.A. in Business Management and an MBA in Ethics and Leadership from Mills College and is an honored recipient of the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Women Scholar and Forte Foundation Scholar award.
