The Patient Safety Movement Foundation was founded in 2012 and became a 501(c)(3) in 2014.
We connect the dots between all stakeholders working to advance patient safety by challenging the status quo and breaking down silos.
We involve patients and family members at all levels of our organization, including our programs and services, so that we don’t lose sight of the fact that it’s all about the patient.
