Due to negligence of hospital staff my son died in hospital. The nurses were sleeping and did not supervise him. He was a paranoia Schizophrenia patient. Three patients went to the toilet at the same time unsupervised and he hung himself in the toilet by the time they eventually realised he was not in bed. It was too late.
Mental patients have to be supervised at all times even when going to the toilet especially the Paranoia ones as they can be a danger to themselves.
A lot has to be explained. The investigator just told me they are still investigating the staff because they lied so much. One staff member even told me I must only speak to her.
I need justice for my son please. I placed my son in their care and they failed him and me. He was only 20 years old. ???? ????
