Dr. Diane Perez is a widely-known personality in Spanish-language media, having made a name for herself over the past 25 years as a physician, journalist, author, and TV host. With a focus on promoting healthy living, she has hosted TV programs across Mexico, the United States, and other Spanish-speaking countries worldwide. Diane is the creator, producer, and host of “Cuide Su Salud” (Take Care of Your Health) and “Mi Cita Médica” (My Health Appointment), while also serving as news anchor and chief medical correspondent for NMas News (formerly Noticieros Televisa), and contributor for AARP en español. Her website, cuidatusaludcondiane.com, provides Spanish-speaking individuals with valuable health-related resources.

In addition to her successful media career, Diane has also authored two books, “Cuida Tu Salud” (Take Care of Your Health) and “En Forma y Sin Kilitos de Más” (In Shape and Without Excess Weight), both of which have been positively received worldwide. She earned her Doctor of Medicine degree from Anahuac University, and has received numerous awards for her advocacy in promoting healthy living and patient safety.

Diane’s work extends beyond her journalism career. She played a key role in the launch of a law mandating screening for critical congenital heart disease (CCHD) in Mexico, and founded the Mexican Committee for CCHD Screening for Mexico and Latin America. Currently, she is a candidate in the Master of Healthcare Management program at the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health.
