Maysaa Jaafar is a certified professional in healthcare quality and a fellow for person centered care with a strong background in healthcare management, data management, quality improvement, and accreditation requirements. She holds a Master’s Degree in Public Health, Health Management and Policy and a BS in Medical Lab Technology from the American University of Beirut (AUB). With great experience in the healthcare field, Maysaa has held various key positions in prestigious healthcare institutions. Recently she was promoted to the position of Operational Excellence Manager at Bellevue Medical Center. She is also a Board Member in the Lebanese Society for Quality and Safety in Healthcare (LSQSH) since 2014.
Maysaa is known for her dynamic and resourceful approach, as well as her deep passion for quality and process improvement. She is dedicated to creating solutions that not only meet but also exceed customer expectations.
