She holds an undergraduate degree in economics and finance and initially planned to pursue a career in public policy research before the siren song of medicine captured her heart. In her current role as Vice President of Surgical Services, Dr. Papaila oversees system-wide surgical care delivery, operational efficiency, and clinical quality, championing change management and technological integration.
