Ms. Flint is part of the leadership team for the Intelligent Patient Monitoring research group at the Institute of Medical Informatics at Charité Berlin. Currently, she is the project investigator for the SAFEMIND project (funded by the European Society of Intensive Care Medicine), focusing on smart alarms to improve patient safety on ICUs. Ms. Flint studied Information Systems (B.Sc.) at the WWU Münster, Germany and Health Informatics (M.Sc. / M.med.Sc.) at the Karolinska Institutet in Stockholm, Sweden. After graduation, she completed a traineeship at the European Commission in the Artificial Intelligence and Robotics Department.
