Panel 6: Patient Safety in the Media
The panel discusses how the news media can move the needle toward safer healthcare. This panel consists of news reporters and a patient family member whose recent tragedy was in the news.

Panel 7: Opioid Safety
The panel discusses what has been done and what needs to be done for opioid safety. Opioid overdose is the biggest killer of adolescents in the USA, and most of it is accidental. Patients in hospitals and at home may die from prescribed opioids. What can be done to prevent this?
